Optional Sampling
Want to hold the sample before committing to a production run? You cover the international shipping; we make the sample free of charge. Lead time around 7 days. When you place a production order, the sample shipping cost is credited back — so the sample itself never costs you anything.
30% Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your production slot. We start sourcing materials and scheduling the production line.
Production
Standard lead time 30–45 days. You'll receive photo and short-video updates directly from Evan throughout production — no middle-layer sales rep, no glossy template emails.
QC & Inspection
Have a China-based sourcing agent? They're welcome to inspect at our Xuzhou factory. No agent? Evan does live video walkthroughs of the entire batch before shipping. Need a third-party lab report? CTI lab in Shenzhen handles ASTM F963, CPSIA, TSCA Title VI, and CARB Phase 2 testing in 2–4 weeks. AS/NZS testing available on request.
Balance & Shipping
Once the production batch is approved, the remaining 70% triggers shipping. We support EXW, FOB Shenzhen, and DDP — DDP handled through our trusted Shenzhen freight forwarders, who manage fumigation, consolidation, and destination customs end to end. How long does it take to receive samples?
Sample production takes around 7 days. International shipping — typically 3–5 days by air, 14–21 days by sea to Australia and New Zealand, 18–28 days to other markets.
Can I visit the factory in Xuzhou?

Do you handle Australian customs clearance?
