Inquiry & Quote
Send Evan your specs: sketches, dimensions, quantity, target market. He confirms receipt within 30 minutes during China business hours, and a detailed quote follows within 24 hours. New to importing from China? Just say so — Evan will ask a few clarifying questions before quoting.
Optional Sampling
Want to hold the sample before committing to a production run? You cover the international shipping; we make the sample free of charge. Sample timing is confirmed for your specification and quantity; international delivery is quoted separately. When you place a production order, the sample shipping cost is credited back — so the sample itself never costs you anything.
30% Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your production slot. We start sourcing materials and scheduling the production line.
Production
Typical production takes 30–45 days from deposit clearance, including about one week for finish curing. Any additional engineering or testing time is confirmed in the quotation. Shipping is separate. You'll receive photo and short-video updates directly from Evan throughout production — no middle-layer sales rep, no glossy template emails.
QC & Inspection
Have a China-based sourcing agent? They're welcome to inspect at our Xuzhou factory. No agent? Evan does live video walkthroughs of the entire batch before shipping. Need a third-party lab report? Agree the selected model, destination requirements, applicable tests, laboratory, sample and lot identification, report addressee, cost and timing in the quotation.
Balance & Shipping
Once the production batch is approved, the remaining 70% triggers shipping. FOB — Shenzhen for Australia-bound orders, Qingdao for other routes; EXW and DDP on request. The Incoterm and named place in the quotation or proforma invoice control each order.

Standard products: MOQ 30 units per SKU. Custom OEM / ODM orders: MOQ 50 units per SKU.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Sample production is scheduled for your model, quantity and specification. Shipping is estimated separately for the selected service and destination. We confirm the production schedule and shipping estimate before you proceed.
Can I visit the factory in Xuzhou?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and can arrange accommodation in Xuzhou. Contact us to schedule a visit.
Do you handle Australian customs clearance?
We support EXW / FOB / DDP as standard — choose the Incoterm that suits you. CIF available on request only. We work with trusted freight forwarders (default Shenzhen origin) who handle Australian customs and DAFF biosecurity requirements.
Can you use my existing product designs?
Yes. Share CAD files, technical drawings, or physical samples and we will quote for manufacturing.
